What this page covers
These terms cover your use of this website: browsing it, reading our content, submitting the contact form, and booking a call.
They do not govern the services we deliver to clients. Design, engineering, and consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, and confidentiality. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement controls.

The content here — including case studies, metrics, service descriptions, and pricing indications — is provided for general information. It describes past work and general capability, not a promise of particular results.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, redistribute, or use our material commercially without written permission.
Client names, logos, and product names shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission or as fair reference to completed work.
What you send us
When you contact us about a project, we treat your enquiry with professional discretion and use it only to evaluate and respond to your request.
However, an enquiry submitted through this site is not covered by a confidentiality agreement. Please do not send trade secrets or sensitive confidential material through the contact form. If your project needs confidentiality before you can describe it, tell us and we will put an NDA in place first.
If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions about our own services or website, you grant us an unrestricted right to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
Third-party services and links
This site embeds third-party services, including a scheduling tool on our contact page. Using them means accepting their terms as well as ours.
We may link to other websites for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability

It does not apply to client engagements, which are governed by their own agreement and its own liability terms.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunbird Labs LLC, its members, and its personnel against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
You agree that any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
General
- If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the website.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, last updated on 21 July 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
